One of my favorite part of my practice is pretending I'm a child again, and trying to stand on my head and my hands, and anything in between! In this workshop, we will have an hour of warm up exercises dedicated to the core, wrists, shoulders, so that we can fly! After that we will break into groups and work on different inversions with various support systems. After the warm-up, class will be taught workshop style, meaning questions are encouraged and we will be moving on and off our mats to assist one another.
